March 31st is International Transgender Day of Visibility. Support Trans Survivors – Today and Everyday. Today aims to celebrate and empower transgender and non-binary people in our community, many of whom are often targeted for discrimination and violence. Every human being has the right to live a life free from violence, discrimination and judgement.
At Manavi, we are committed towards the safety and freedom for trans survivors and gender diverse communities. We acknowledge the courage it takes to live openly and authentically. We must raise awareness about the discrimination faced by transgender and non-binary survivors and advocate for justice. We rise in solidarity with all transgender people to put an end to transphobic gender-based violence & discrimination.
